Comparing Stevie's big-production arena shows to Lindsey's club tour doesn't make a lot of sense, and I'm sure you even agree with that. Lindsey wanted to do an intimate show showcasing the guitar.
As I recall, he lost money on that tour. Imagine Stevie actually agreeing to lose money on a tour.
In any case, it's apples and oranges. And besides, you know I don't really care about the numbers. If Lindsey released an album that no else but I bought and if were the only one to show up to see him play, I'd still argue that it's better than Stevie's stuff.
