ok i will rephrase it for you... stevie said on tv that TD was about lindsey,,,,, if she never stated that, i dont think the issue of who she was talking to, be it, lindsey or someone else, would be such an issue.
also if lindsey always did covers. and stevie does a cover here and there, how is he justified by it and she is criticized for it. yet, if she goes into her vaults of songs , from songs she wrote, people criticize her for doing so , when in fact they are her songs.. i thought stevie made it clear on the doc, that she had wanted some new songs for this cd so she wrote 4 new ones. also she was on tour for her new at the time TISL cd, see lindsey had his songs already practically done for his solo that never happened , but that he had been working on for years. i dont see the problem if a song was written years ago and makes it on a cd today, im glad it made it out of the vault.. please extend the same courtesy to stevie as you do to lindsey/and dont say its diferent cause he only had one really old song blah blah blah. stevie just has tons of more material. whats she suppose to do not care about those songs just cause they are old,, i thought i twas great that she wanted to add new songs to this cd instead of songs that she gathered ,but the reason she had to gather them is also cause she was on a solo tour and probably wasnt thinking that a cd by fleetwoodmac was going to come around, although i know she had wanted it to happen eventually. before you ask me how i know that, well , she s stated it in interviews and even mick stated it about her.
