I had someone go in there for me this time (I was at work!! Plus this person had cable, whereas I have dial-up!) and they were in within seconds of tickets going on sale, I walked them through everything and the person purchased 2 tickets for Pittsburgh for me and was totally done with everything by 1:03pm!!!!
I'm hoping for much better than row 30!!!!!!
