No, the main problem is that they're chunky, clunky, and UGLY!
I understand if she can't wear those sexy boots anymore, but those mutant Reeboks are horrifying. Plus, everyone knows you don't wear sneakers with a nice dress. At least pants would hide those wretched things. For that virtue alone they get my vote.
