And that is the Madonna that hasn't gone over well with the public. It was okay in the beginning (Ray of Light) because people saw that as just another reinvention, then she came out with the tepid Music, which did okay but not as well as Ray of Light. Then she came out with the disastrous American Life (her worst selling album) and the public just stood back and heckled. Now, she's trying to balance motherhood with smut and it isn't working at all.
What she needs to do is make a good album again, do a bit of minimal titty flashing (
), and trash the motherhood bit. She's just become boring, IMO.
