My parents didn't talk to me with sarcasm as a child, and it's not my nature to talk to others that way as an adult. I find it rude, and I try to avoid rudeness at all times.
Perhaps we'll have to disagree on what "sarcasm" and "rude" is, but I am pretty good at recognizing it and here are some examples:
