Cleveland is actually Richfield Colisseum. I think Richfield is just outside of Cleveland.

Besides the aforementioned songs being recorded on the previous tours, you have to also realize that there were overdubs done on this record. And a lot of them too. So, essentially, with the exception of a few tracks, you're not hearing the songs exactly the way the audience heard them. Rhiannon, GYOW, and Dreams have additional background vocals recorded in the studio. I'm not going into the specifics as it's been discussed before but that IS the case.

Also, "Sara" was recorded in St. Louis. It's the same version that's on the "Tusk tour documentary" (Stevie in red shawl, hair up in big onion bun) BUT
when they decided to use the song on the record, they picked the St.Louis version and took out the original vocal and Stevie rerecorded a new vocal at the end of the tour. In addition, that song also has Lindsey and Chris's backing vocals that were added in the studio.
