Yes the article says "Christine McVie was more open to where Buckingham was headed". But according to this other article, she told Rolling Stone " [Stevie and I] didn’t really like [Tusk]. So is that "easiest Tusk partner" an assumption by the article author or an actual quote from Lindsey who perhaps "doesn't remember well"... as usual. Because if you don't like what you've gotten yourself into, it's difficult to be open and a good and genuine partner.
