Yes, it a bit confusing when they say
second alleged victim. Victim of being stalked? Or casual victim of the thrown substance?

Obtained several Temporary and Permanent Restraining Orders on behalf of Stevie Nicks in connection with dangerous stalkers from various states in its webpage. I think it was commented in The Ledge, but can't remember very well. Although I don't recall the stalking included attacks.
