I wish we all could learn to appreciate their differences. I don’t think Stevie should be criticized for not writing/arranging like Lindsey. And Lindsey shouldn’t be criticized for not singing like Stevie. But I’m being very utopian here.

I said a long time ago that if Lindsey and Stevie had never recorded together, or been in the same band together, no one would ever dream of comparing the two as artists.
They both come from very different places.
But when they're together, they each bring something the other "lacks"... so it's the best of both worlds for all of us lucky enough to hear their music.
