When the 50th anniversary came around this board had a very good thread that it was such a missed opportunity for a re-release. Stevie was obviously in no mood to engage with Lindsey. But Mick apparently has been working on her over the years and now we got this 52nd year re-release only because everyone knows time is about to run out on all of their careers and Mick knows Stevie is his cash cow. I respect the re-release and always thought it should happen but I cant help but having a bad taste in my mouth about it because its not being done for artistic reasons or other significant reasons. IMHO its because Mick knows this is the only way for him to enage in a tour. Sorry but that is my opinion.
