Dreams is a beautifully simple song with two-chord verses and two-chord choruses. But contrast the way Stevie approaches that song vocally with Say You Will. In Dreams, she floats in and out over the progression, adding little melodic nuances. In Say You Will, she's chained her vocal down to the rigidity of the progression.
