I’m looking for definitive evidence (beyond Wikipedia and Discogs) on whether the following songs were released as singles in the US, or only outside the US:

Oh Diane (which I always thought was Europe-only, but Discogs lists a US version)
Farmer’s Daughter (again, Discogs lists a US version)
Can’t Go Back
Isn’t It Midnight

Did any of these actually get any play on US radio, other than Isn’t It Midnight being picked up by rock stations?
