Not sure what she meant. I guess it was about being in Fleetwood Mac. But twice? I think she left the band twice, so there were three chances, weren't there?

Well she announced her retirement from touring in 1990 but continued to work with the band in the studio until 1995 when the entire band temporarily dissolved.
