I also have some audio of the band screwing around with Edge of 17, but it’s hugely embarrassing.

About 20 years ago, I remember first hearing Christine sing Gypsy, courtesy of someone on this forum. At the time, I thought it was hilarious: Christine singing Stevie?! Now I hear it and marvel at how well she sang and navigated a song she didn’t write or regularly rehearse. She’s entirely at ease. The only strangeness is hearing her utter those lyrics, which are nothing like the simple, direct love songs I usually associate with her.
