Thanks for sharing. Chris did write incredible pop songs. But her pop songs were real. They had emotion and many times autobiographical which made them have real depth. Her writing skill was extraordinary. She brought her A game for Tango.
Everywhere is a great pop song but its interesting that it was far more successful in Europe than the States. All other Tango singles did better in the states. One of the best youtube videos ever is the OWTS tour in Dublin when the entire arena is singing along to Everywhere. Chris is all smiles. She is feeding off that excitement. Everywhere was huge in Ireland peaking at #2.
