Upon watching the Destiny Rules, I also arrived at that same realization. It's quite shocking how fast her voice deteriorated between
The Dance and
Say You Will. The band missed a massive opportunity to immediately follow up
The Dance with another studio album. Had that been the case, perhaps Stevie's vocals would have been more serviceable.
