I don’t think Lindsey’s stray remark — not exactly the shot heard round the world — did much other than tweak Irving’s nose.

should have said, “I recommend seeing the Fleetwood Mac lineup because it includes Earth Wind & Fire. They’re the band to get excited about, although bear in mind that they’re all old and well past their musical prime. Still, that more-or-less describes every band on both bills, so don’t overpay for your tickets! In fact, there is nothing wrong at all with just staying home and watching
