At Red Rocks, specifically?
seating chart... if there are really 95 seats in that first row, you'd want section 1, seat 65-75 (ideally, right next to where that handicapped symbol is).
If you have any kind of high-speed internet connection, I'd recommend checking Ticketmaster.com the minute they go onsale. Ordering by phone (in my experience) sucks and takes forever, and going to a Ticketmaster outlet, they may pull that lottery crap depending on how many people are there waiting for tickets to other shows. You may also get someone behind the counter who has no idea what they're doing. If you don't get anything right away, don't panic. Check back all that day, and if you're still not able to get the seats you want, wait until the last week and just keep checking ticketmaster once or twice a day, or go to the box office the day of the show.
If you do end up having to settle, bring some extra cash and when you go into the venue, ask around... you may find someone up front who will be willing to trade you their ticket for yours + an extra $50. A lot of times there are people in the first few rows who are there because of contests or relatives or venue connections etc etc, who aren't really diehard fans and don't care where they sit.
