He got rather carried away with the moment and when he did his usual "swing the guitar around the head by it's neck like a mad axeman" routine, this time he let go in full motion and flung it across the stage. It came down on it's top, slid gracefully down the stage and it seems to have ripped the bridge off and also damaged the pickup cover. I seem to recall him picking it up and wondering why the strings were swinging around...

Nice to know if the band falls apart he could make Olympic standard at hammer throwing...
