It doesn't appear to have been released, at least no one in the UK has seen it. EIL listed the release on their site earlier in the week, but removed it yesterday. According to Sophie Ashley at EIL, "The item has unfortunately been sold and is currently unavailable." But if you visit
CD Universe , they are reporting a December 9th release date, a Tuesday, which conflicts with Monday release dates in the UK.
I called Virgin Megastore and a local import shop here in town, both of them are reporting a December 1 release date. So basically, we don't know what's going on
