Curious, isn't it, how the power has shifted over the years-- first Mick had it, then S&L joined, and slowly LB took over the power-- controlling the band's sound and direction, producing, musical director etc.., and then Stevie took it from them both.

re Mick, i think one of Mick's or maybe one of the band techs''s books talks about that. that it was assumed at the time if a couple splits one or the other would leave the band or be pushed out. and none of them wanted to leave. so getting involved with Mick was SN's insurance policy, to make sure LB cannot try to push her out.
