Well I'll join in in saying how glad I am he is gone, lets just say my ticket buying was a complete disaster and I was such a pain that they eventually had to admit that they made a mistake at oakland and the passwords got posted early but the tickets that were sold during that time were not fan club tickets, mind you no refund was offered, thank goodness the tixs were good, but geez you would think that when joining the Fan Club you would want to buy those seats or at least not get stuck with the leftovers from the vip presale, and then have some ditz on the phone tell you that you have no idea what you are talking about, only to get an e-mail from the club later that you were right.
I think it took so long to fire the guy b/c he probably had about a one year contract, (I'm thinking its been about a year). I've also noticed how little participation from the band has been going on so I would be that this has been brewing for a bit.
