I don't want to solely blame any one band member for this fiasco. They're all at fault due to stubborn attitudes. I truly believe that Lindsey held out on them, which is exactly what Stevie did previously. He was trying to teach her a lesson and it backfired. At that point, the band should have waited for him to do his thing. The fact that they chose to go on the road without him was the final stab! Truly unbelievable! If anything, Stevie and Lindsey are mostly to blame, but all hold an equal share because someone could've said "no".
