When I was a kid, my older cousin moved in with us(couldn't get along with her stepfather), and brought along all of her 8-track tapes. Rumours was among them. And
I fell in love.
Completely obsessed with the album(NO drama, I didn't really give a sh*t about their relationships - I was too young to care).
I taught myself guitar, piano, and drums, from my obsession with Rumours. I've played in bands, and done sound and lighting my whole adult life, pretty successfully.
And it ALL started with Rumours. Damn, I loved, lived and breathed that damned album.
Edit - And I'm sitting here right now, after "doing monitors" for a concert tonight, watching the "Tusk doc outtakes". Some things never change....
