I don't know about the second row, but I was up in the nosebleeds and the guy across the aisle from me and my friend smoked nearly 7 joints during the concert! Needless to say I was feelin' it by the end.
Man, I felt so YOUNG. We were the youngest people in our section, and the only ones who stood for the entire show. It was hilarious! I was so incredibly loud I pissed off everyone within a 5 metre radius.
