I think it was really cool the way Tom Petty cancelled tickets that had been sold to fans (through the fan clubs) that turned up on scalper sites. The band cancelled those tickets and resold them to fans again. Now, of course, I can't see FM doing something like that, but it was conscientious and it would be great if other acts took the Heartbreakers' lead.
