about the Eagles, i think i read that in some article somewhere recently, how grunge / 90s rockers kinda brought back FM (well and there was Bill Clinton!) from the laughing stock they became at the end of the 80s (I'd rather jack and all that) but that renewed appreciation never happened in that way for the Eagles.
