That Bowie exit was amazing. I mean, they were already going to do a tribute for him here in Echo Park just because of the new album release on his birthday. They didn't know he was sick when it was organized. He planned it that way and, obviously, it was important for him to leave fresh new art behind in his wake. People were talking about his
new music just days before they had to mourn his legacy.
