I had been hoping that I Know I'm Not Wrong* would be the
same as on my original LP. But that's not the case. Maybe that's one
of the outtakes or different versions?

I've been trying to avoid spoilers, but just wanted to know about
that particular song*.
I get the feeling that they have included a bunch of stuff from unused tracks to surround you with the music in the 5.1 versions. In the case of I Know I'm Not Wrong they used elements from both the original version of the album and parts from the CD version. I don't have a 5.1 surround set up so I'm currently listening to it through my flatscreen TV (which still has great stereo sound) and the mix sounds way more even than when it first came to CD. The extra background vocals, that harmonica part in the instrumental break, Stevie's harmonies, all sound much more blended than on the original CD where they split the original mix and the remix into two separate channels.
