I'm sure he doesn't. Perhaps he means he's employed 150-200 people at one stage or another. the restaurant trade tends to have quite a high turnover of staff. Also, I guess you can throw in a couple of house keepers, gardeners etc. I wonder if he has any other business interests on Maui? Any wineries on the island?
