It doesn't say so anywhere, probably due to the usual Fleetwood Mac sloppiness, but 24/96 means 24 bit / 96 kHz high-resolution. I can't tell you what that really means, please read this:

The DVD-Audio mix consists of 2 different mixes: a '24/96' stereo mix, and a 5.1 audio mix. The latter means that the music can be heard on 5 different speakers (left & right front, a center and left & right surround - normally placed behind the listening position), plus a subwoofer (the '.1'). It can only be played on a DVD player (an ordinary CD player will spit it out), but you can use either the analogue outputs or the (digital) HDMI output. You can hook up a DVD player to a normal stereo amplifier, using the analogue outputs, and listen to the high resolution stereo mix.
In order to enjoy the 5.1 mix, you'll need a suitable A/V receiver which has (at least) 5 speakers (and a sub woofer) connected.
