Recording rights differ from publishing rights. FM makes money from use of FM songs (that they recorded) as a whole. They get money from the use of Everywhere and Don't Stop, if it's the song that they recorded and not someone else's cover.

Also, yes you still get money even if you sell the publishing rights. Michael Jackson bought the publishing rights to Beatles songs (and Paul McCartney owns the rights to Buddy Holly songs). That does not mean that John and Paul don't also earn money from the use of their songs. I believe the publisher gets 50% and the writers still divide 50%. Christine makes money when her songs earn royalties.
