Anyway, when Chris, John and Mick came back onstage after NGBA the crowd started to sing Happy Birthday to Chris. Stevie walked to the front of the stage, Chris' side, and started waving her hands like a conductor (thanks Elle!). I couldn't see if she sung along with us, maybe she did, but I was on Lindsey's side of the stage and I was focused on Chris' face and Stevie's hands. Lindsey kept himself busy with his guitar, John grabbed his bass and Mick took place behind his drums. I didn't see them sing along as well, but again, I wasn't really looking at them...
Right before Songbird, when she took place behind her piano we started singing Happy Birthday again and she turned to face the crowd and patiently waited until it was over. Lindsey was onstage as well and all ready to play Songbird. I think Chris even thanked us after singing
But I can't remember her exact words anymore. Or maybe she thanked us after the first time we sung it...
I'll try to remember more details next time
