The man is John's assistant, or at least he's worked as John's PA in the past. John Bunker was an assistant tour manager for FM and I think one of the Euro tour books had him listed as JMs assistant (he was with JM in some of the previous Euro hotel clips, out on walks, and so on).
It is interesting that the person chose to film JM whilst LB managed to get away.
