what happened when Chris came back on stage after NGBA, how the singing started, what did Chris do, did the rest of the band join the audience in singing happy bday Chris?

and then before Songbird: was Chris the only one on stage, or her and LB, did LB join in with the audience, how did Chris react, did she say anything, etc etc?
