I would love to see Stevie say Adios to FM and all the drama. Lindsey will never forgive Stevie for dumping him years ago and then having a more successful solo career than him. No matter that he is happily married now, his ego still can't let him get pasted being dumped and out shown via her solo career.

Lindsey uses his position in the band to punish her any chance he gets.
This is based in fantasy land. You may be overstating the viability of her solo career. I doubt she, on her own, could play much bigger than what Lindsey at this point. By on her own I mean not packaged with another performer as She has in the recent past. She also doesn't sell many albums either. Fleetwood Mac is a bigger name than Stevie Nicks, no question. Theut sell more than her even if neither would light up the sales charts.

I think at this stage Lindsey has fully acknowledged and accepted where his solo career stands. He doesn't need the money and his satisfaction isn't based on popularity, unlike Stevie. And if Fleetwood Mac ceased to be he'd go right back to doing a solo album. He's not doing Fleetwood Mac because it's more viable, he's doing it because he loves working with the band.
