I don't care how much help you have. They are well-compensated, over-compensated. But being on the road is not a breeze.
In fact, even if they were traveling this much for vacation purposes ONLY, it's not a piece of cake. Personally, I know people have scheduled too many consecutive vacations or weekend getaways in a short time frame without asking me and it was a hassle. After a while, it is not relaxing any more to be constantly on the go, even if it's for "fun".

I respect your opinion but I disagree with all of this when it is pertaining to Fleetwood Mac. For your life or my life or most of the Ledgies life, all that traveling would be extremely hard on us.
I have a brother who works a full time job. He's 54 and he is a performing musician. He performs more shows a year than Fleetwood Mac does. Several times he performs morning shows. He is self employed. He'll do a few jobs in the morning and then go do a show. He carries all the equipment in and sets up all alone. Then performs and then dismantles and goes home, changes back into his work clothes and goes back to work as a janitor. Often after the janitorial work is done, he'll come home and shower and go off to perform another gig. His energy amazes me. And nothing in this world makes him more happy than the thrill he feels performing songs for people.And boy he makes good money too.
Now let's take Fleetwood Mac. Here we have five people who get to travel the world first class all the way. Every hardship of traveling is done for them. Everywhere they go important people wish to entertain them and meet them. People pay an enormous amount of money for a meet and greet and for a concert ticket. Imagine that awesome feeling just knowing how many millions of dollars you will be able to lavish your family and yourself with when this tour is over. THAT alone would thrill ME to the ends of the earth and no amount of exhausting traveling would affect me in any negative way. I could go on and on but I think you get my point. And this point applies to any top rock and roll band that exists in this world.
