Thanks Johnny, I noticed in the new ICE magazine that they list FM (1975), "Rumours" & "Tusk" as coming out on 10/28 so I'm guessing this change to 11/4 must be very recent as most likely the date change happened after ICE went to press.
At least they WILL come out though, even if it is a further week we have to wait.
