Stevie didn't see the girl ask, it happened when he talks to the girls while Stevie is telling her Gypsy story when he checks out of that and focuses his time on the young women. Right before Mick came out at the end after encores,he planted a couple of kisses on lips kneeling down at the stage. Then he realized Mick was out and zipped off stage. So Stevie didn't say "ain't gonna happen" cause it did happen. LOL
