I think Stevie is oblivious. She rarely interacts with anybody in the front row but at the Pittsburgh show she did sign what I think was the Buckingham Nicks record. Everybody was shocked because she never does that!
I think FM just needs to have a general admission pit section at the front of the stage that way it will at least be fair. The shows I have been to that have GA at the front, require wristbands so its very easy to tell who belongs there and who doesn't.
