We are still under a travel ban. I'm sure it will be lifted by tomorrow. With that being said Rhode Islanders won't be able to dig out until late tonight and tomorrow. State might be closed tomorrow too. It's a wait and see type thing.
I know that it's doubtful I'll be able to dig out before 4:30pm tomorrow.
