Don't forget, Sentimental Lady -> Future Games or In The Back Of My Mind-> The Chain. Apparently, he's no Bob Welch or Rick Vito, either.
The only time Lindsey did that, to my knowledge, was that Rhiannon->GYOW->Don't Stop medley they did in 1998 at some award show.
