I bet if there is that one more album, Stevie will be all over it, and will get the first single. Look at the Dance .... she came back then, and was front and centre, and had 2 singles from it. She knows how to wring facetime and money from FM, isn't it the case that she has had a deal to get 40% of the touring revenues?
