I'm very excited, and viewing this as the Tango In The Night tour that never was.
I first got into the band in 1987, and I remember desperately wanting to see them live (I was 15). Then I saw an ad in the Sunday Times for their tour - a strange new line-up in the picture... I tried very hard to make Rick Vito into Lindsey (not having seen many pictures of him - pre-internet remember), but soon it became clear that my favourite had left the band, so I passed on that tour. So, 28 years later (sounds like a zombie film) I finally get to see the tour that never was!

They're playing the four big hits from Tango - about as many songs as they would have played from 'the new album' at the time, and Lindsey's even wearing one of those cut off jackets he used to wear back then, so that's good enough for me! Now, if they could only slip the title track into the set list - and play a full-band version of 'Big Love' - it would be really perfect...
I think you're right, this really is as close as we would ever get to the Tango Tour that never was. I would venture a guess that if the 5 of them toured in 1987, the "big 4" would've been played and possibly Isn't it Midnight and Mystified. I can't see Stevie doing anything beyond Seven Wonders, even then.

Enjoy your show. I loved seeing this fivesome finally - Little Lies remains my absolute favorite moment of the show!
