Yeah, I'm curious about this too. He talks about how they were all at their worst, including himself. I always thought he and Christine were, if not totally, then mostly, done with coke by this point. I can understand him being frustrated at the other three though, but have always wondered why he says "all". Does he just not want to look like he's blaming the others so he includes himself?

And I'm curious about Little Lies now. I know there were other songs where it wasn't really Stevie's voice, but didn't think Little Lies was one of them.
