Obviously FM aren't doing this and I think that's a bit of a shame. It could work like this: Do ten hits from other albums, then about halfway through perform the whole of Rumours and then end with an encore.
It would seem an absolute no brainer to do that - am wondering if FM ever considered it at one point...

I don't think they'd do it. They're not that willing to deviate from the established 'winning' pattern. They're too conservative in that sense.
The Floyd have a history of playing albums all the way through; that was their thing. You'd turn up to a show, they'd play the whole of the new album, and then in the second half they'd play the whole of the previous album. That was the case until The Wall and then the Gilmour-led era.
