I haven't read his first book but I can say that I think this one is fantastic. I find the early days of FM interesting to hear about and the way the book is written is fantastic with little bits of humour popping up now and then. I don't know how different it is to his first one but I say it's worth a shot anyway.
I'm settling down to read it now actually, I'm half way through. An excellent read.
