Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. VIP merchandise items will be distributed at the venue on the day of show ONLY. You must proceed to the designated VIP check-in at the scheduled time with valid picture ID and receipt to receive your VIP package elements. It's interesting to note in that last paragraph that the VIP service doing the meet & greet has changed from "Future Beat" to "On the List Presents." Maybe they did get complaints about wait times after all.
