Remember how Stevie in countless interviews said that Fleetwood Mac needs to tour and go away for three years? She had a three year plan, which included making a new record, that got completely thrown out the window when Christine came back. I see her going to Nashville and recording an album of songs most of her fans already had as a way to free up the next few years so she can dedicate that time to Fleetwood Mac.

I don't see the connection. Her not being present in the studio should have no bearing on the setlist, other than there won't be any new songs. They don't have to be together to figure out which deep tracks they'll be playing. That's a conference call.
Other than that, the setlist is a disaster for those of us hoping to hear songs rarely, if ever, performed, or even old workhorses that were retired years ago (i.e. Get Like You Used To Be, Blue Letter, or Spare Me A Little).
They could easily do their "must do" songs and still have room for 8-12 songs, the "must do" songs being:

Big Love
Landslide
Tusk

You Make Loving Fun
Go Your Own Way
